Upon each visit a perimeter spray around the exterior of the home is applied to control any pests that get near the home. The type of spray or granule used varies depending upon the time of the year and the present weather conditions.

Other than the initial visit we do not apply any pesticides to the inside of the home unless you need it. In which case, the customer simply asks for an interior treatment and we will perform it in a timely manner at no added cost. If this type of ant is found entering your home, we apply a product that is brought back to the nest by the ants and effectively eliminates the entire colony, or if we can find the colony then it is directly eliminated.

In-ground bait stations are placed every 10’-20’ around the perimeter of the home. These stations are checked and re-baited as needed annually. Each of these stations has enough bait in it to eliminate an entire termite colony. The customer is kept up to date on the reported termite activity.

The perimeter of the house is treated along with any plumbing traps and if the house is a pier and beam foundation then the inside perimeter as well as the piers may be treated. The discounted price is, $1 off per linear foot for any size treatment. Depending upon the severity of the infestation the recommended treatment may be as little as 10’ or as much as the entire perimeter of the home.

Mosquito sprays using a backpack mist blower along with larvicide applications as needed. Each application comes with a 21-day guarantee. If not satisfied, then retreat is free.

Using at least two bait stations, we service the stations with larvacide to control the reproduction of mosquitoes 2-4 times per year.

A granular treatment is applied once a year along with an immediate spot treatment on any existing mound with a nine-month guarantee OR a one year guarantee if you are already on quarterly service.

An insecticide along with an insect growth regulator is applied to the lawn in the spring and in the summer.
